This site keeps a random browser ID and your first-touch source (where you first arrived from) in your browser's local storage, and a session ID in session storage that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. This storage is first-party, and the site does not set cookies.
If you send a message, we store your name, email address and message, along with the referring page and the browser and session IDs described above. It is stored in our Supabase project so we can reply. A hidden field exists purely to catch automated spam submissions; real visitors never see or need to fill it in.
The scheduling calendar on our Contact page is our own, built on Cal.com. When you book a time, your name, email address, optional note, selected time and time zone are sent to Cal.com, our scheduling provider, to create the meeting; their handling of it is governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy.
No device fingerprinting. No advertising pixels. No selling or sharing of visitor data with third parties.
Supabase stores the data described above on our behalf. If configured, Resend delivers an email notification to us when a message is submitted; it doesn't independently collect anything from visitors. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard request logs as part of serving the site, as any host does.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@novuslabshq.com. We read every message ourselves.
